We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities, such as the massive playground with a bouncy castle outside, were perfect for our family with kids. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, with the ski area and supermarket within walking distance. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Cannot find any fault.

clean rooms - fresh-smelling towels and sheets. great location - close to everything - including the Bania Termal and mountain elevators. hosts speak perfect English and are kind and informative. lovely garden with a pool - lounge, and playground for families. standout service with free tea and coffee available all day.
Couldn't recommend more.

Beautifully renovated building with a convenient location near the thermal baths, mountains, and supermarket. Informative and kind English-speaking hosts. Clean rooms, towels, and sheets with a pleasant scent. Lovely garden with pool, lounge, and playground for families.

Mountain-style building, airport shuttle, children's playground and barbecue facilities, free WiFi and parking. Krakow-Balice Airport nearby. Kotelnica skiing complex and Litwinka Ski Lift within walking distance. Meals served in the dining room.
Oh, let's not forget the lack of curtains or blinds in my room. Who needs darkness for a good night's sleep anyway?

This beautifully renovated historical building is located in a perfect and beautiful location. It is within walking distance to the Bania Termal and the elevators to the mountains. There is also a supermarket just 300 meters away. The hosts are kind, informative, and speak English perfectly. The garden is a lovely place to relax with a little pool, a lounge area, and a playground for kids. It is an ideal place for families, with clean and comfortable rooms, towels, and sheets.
Felt like royalty, no complaints.

I keep returning to this amazing place in Bialka Tatrzanska because it has everything I need: internet access, free parking, picnic area, TV room, ski school. The staff even helped me with my lost documents. Can't wait for the weekend!
